On this project it was very important for us to listen to both the customer and general contractor to make sure that we understood the expectations for the end product. This was required as the natural aesthetics of the coating required for the brewery was not acceptable.
CLARIFY
Through multiple meetings with all decision makers present, we were able to bring all parties' expectations into a more aligned perspective so that work could begin.
SOLVE
In the end we had to engineer a process that was presented to the material manufacturer. With the manufacturers approval we installed the final product and both the brewery owner and general contractor were very happy with the floor.
