The cleaning and profiling of a concrete surface in order to promote adhesion for the wear surface being installed. Proper surface prep is the foundation of a long lasting floor.
SURFACE PREP SERVICES
Our surface prep services are available for both residential and commercial projects.

We use grinders with diamond bits to open up concrete so that a floor finish can be applied with a mechanical bond

Many commercial projects have high joints that need to be flattened for the flooring the architect specified, we use scarifyers and when necessary a heavy duty shaver. In homes we take out the humps and bumps that are in the way of your tile, hardwood or laminate flooring installation.

This is where we got out start. By shot blasting concrete we are able to prepare large areas of concrete for coatings or other flooring applications in fraction of the time grinding would take.

When old carpet glue or tile mortar or old coatings are in the way of your new floor, we are able to remove those with heavy duty grinding machines with diamond bits. The floor is left in what's called an open state. Which means the concrete is unprotected and will dust or stain if a flooring is not applied quickly

For warehouses and other large commercial buildings that need a final clean before handing the building over. We use Tenant Driving Machines with scrubbing pads to remove light dirt and debris.
