COATING SERVICES
Our coatings services are available largely for both residential and commercial projects.

This is for large commercial buildings. We clean the floor with large driving Tenant machines and the apply concrete sealer with those same type of machines.

This is good for small businesses or homes. We grind the concrete with diamond bits to allow for a mechanical bond for the sealer. We then apply dye or stain to the concrete before sealing. The finish product is a modern look with a tough of style.

We use a mechanical bond when installing garage floors. This means we grind the concrete with heavy duty grinders and diamond bits to make sure that when we apply the base coat of epoxy, it penetrates into the concrete slab. This is the best way apply a garage coating and avoid delaminations. The vinyle flake is then applied and comes in various colors. We finish with a chemical resistant top coat that holds up to the harsh chemicals found in most cars and garages.

This is an industrial coating used in most commercial kitchens and other facilities dealing with harsh chemicals or extreme temperatures. These floors are usually applied at 1/4" thickness and are extremely tuff. These are industrial grade floors required by the FDA in many food processing facilities.

This covers a wide array of epoxy solutions for the different types of warehouse needs. This is everything from a dust proofer to help keep the floor clean to 100% solids high build floors for service departments at car dealerships.

A great value engineered system for a modern concrete look with some stain resistance. You can add dye to this system for an even higher end look for a budget price.

These are coatings for either parking garages or exterior decks and patios. There are various colors and textures available.
